About Fastnet |

Fastnet was founded as a family business with its sole
purpose to meet the growing demand for accommodation booking on the
internet. It has been operating on the web since 1997 and has been
successful in growing it's customer base and reached around the globe.
Fastnet is proud to state that its existing web traffic covers all parts
of the world. Even though the headquarters is based in Sydney, Australia
where only approximately 10% of our customers originate domestically. The
rest of our customers stretch across the globe as they make reservations
in any of the 198 countries that we service. |

Our Management Team is focused on delivering an easy to
use, low cost option to making accommodation reservations. Our management
team is constantly striving to continually improve the level of service to
our customer and hence value direct feedback. Our monthly technology
sessions help us keep up to date with the latest trends, and technologies
and hence keep us at the forefront in our endeavour to provide products
that we know our customers will prefer. |

we have remained cash-flow positive. We have experienced great growth,
however our business models are extremely realistic and hence we have

Patrick Grove |

Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman
Catcha.com Patrick Grove was a founder of Catcha.com and serves as the Chief Executive Officer and is Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. From 1998 to 1999, Mr Grove was an investment banker with the corporate finance department and from 1997 to 1998 he was a consultant with the corporate recovery services department of Arthur Andersen (Sydney). In 1994, Mr Grove founded JDI Productions in Sydney, a specialist events promotion and management group and served as its Chief Executive Officer from 1995 to 1997. Mr Grove received a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in accounting and finance, from the University of Sydney, Australia.

Founder and Managing Director Catcha.com
Malaysia Nic Lim was a founder of Catcha.com and serves as the Managing Director Malaysia. From 1997 to 1999, Mr Lim was Chief Executive Officer of II Change Consulting, a mobile phone retailer and wholesaler in Australia, where he worked with Hutchison Telecommunications and Vodafone. Mr Lim received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Sydney and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Technology, Sydney Australia, where he served as a Petronas Scholar.

Newton Cheng |
|
President and CEO of Music.com Mr Cheng is the President and CEO music.com Asia. Mr Cheng heads up Music.com Asia directing its day to day operations and aligning it with the groups overall corporate strategy and future vision. Prior to Music.com Asia, Mr Cheng founded and headed, as CEO, Xudio.com where he was responsible for guiding the strategic development and management of the company as it grew to become one of the largest local music portals in Asia. Previously with PricewaterhouseCoopers' Hong Kong office as a member of the Technology, Info-Comms and Entertainment Division, he has extensive experience with media, entertainment and on-line communications. Newton completed his undergraduate degree, Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting and Finance in Sydney and graduated with a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from Bond University, Australia.
